Directions

Please use the map below for specific directions to our site. Once you enter Beach Area 1, which is the FIRST right off of Spruce Street, drive to the gate house.  If a gate attendant is on duty, show them your 2020 Piping Plover volunteer parking pass (which you will receive at training).  If you do not have a parking pass, tell the gate attendant that you are a new volunteer for the Piping Plover Program.

If you do not take an immediate right onto Jenetta Street from Spruce Street, you will be forced to drive along Beach Drive as it is a one way road.  Take your first left from Beach Drive and circle back.

After the gate house, take your first left into our parking lot.  You will see our trailer parked at this site and this is where you are permitted to park with your pass.  Please leave your pass in the windshield.

After parking, follow the boardwalk (adjacent to the trailer) to our Volunteer Hub to start your first shift.  You'll receive the code to the trailer during your training session.
